PARTNERSHIP IS ONE OF OUR STRENGTHS
An open network including for our customers
Besides extensive customer contacts in a wide range of industrial sectors, Suisse Technology Partners AG maintains a strong network in professional associations, universities, and important, strategic industry partners. In addition to its own broad range of services, Suisse TP is also ideally networked to purposefully expand its competencies for special requirements. This enables the company to provide greater support to customers and offer complex services from a single source. For the customer, Suisse TP remains the responsible contact partner.
Exchange with experts in an established network is a key element when it comes to keeping pace with technical developments and providing competent support to customers.
PARTNERSHIPS

OMYA
Suisse Technology Partners AG has been collaborating with Omya Schweiz AG in a strategic partnership for aluminum finishing for over five years.
This close cooperation advances both direct technical customer support with on-site workshops in the Suisse TP labs as well as product innovations for the Omexal product portfolio (see SolGel product development). This also goes for the targeted development of existing products for special customer requirements. The innovative products are developed in the surface and electroplating labs and can be simulated at lab scale while applying the corresponding customer processes. Development quality for the customers is facilitated by the experts of both partners, with the use of environmental simulations or targeted physical analytical methods in the adjacent labs.
The synergy between the partners enables high-quality customer support with short response times from Omya and Suisse Technology Partners. The range of services and innovative product development are expanded significantly for both companies.

With our partner ANAXAM, we are expanding our materials analytics far beyond the laboratory scale in the fields of imaging, diffraction and spectroscopy, based on the large-scale research facilities of the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI). In close cooperation with the materials experts of Suisse Technology Partners, an enormous potential for finding solutions to challenging problems for industrial implementation is available to industry.

3 D printing – or “additive manufacturing” – is becoming increasingly important. No longer just for prototypes, but also for demanding applications in small series or series production. As a result, task fields such as technical safety, material quality or failure analysis show growing importance in this context. All those are also focus topics of Suisse Technology Partners AG. The National Network Cluster for additive manufacturing, IBAM, is a network for all players who are involved in this field and are open to joint projects or regular exchange of ideas. In the recent years the organization gathered numerous members from industry, universities and research institutes It is therefore only logical that Suisse TP is a member of IBAM and contributes with its core competencies to this exciting topic of the future. From basic development to ensuring production quality, this membership enables us to support our customers even more purposefully in their innovation projects throughout the entire value chain.

RUMUL
Russenberger Prüfmaschinen
By collaborating with RUMUL (Russenberger Prüfmaschinen AG), the leading manufacturer of high-frequency dynamic resonance testing systems, Suisse TP is joined by a further competent partner. New methods for monitoring dynamic fatigue tests are used as a result of the partnership. To monitor sample stress, besides close monitoring of the individual cycles, optical systems are used that directly measure sample stress and provide even more information about the quality and comparability of the individual tests. This allows for more precise findings in material technology and the interpretation of test results on a more substantiated basis.
The close collaboration of a technology leader in dynamic resonance testing for up to 1,000 Hz and at temperature of up to 900°C with an accredited technology service provider drives these innovations forward, opening up this technology for customers in the automotive, transport and aviation industry.

QUO is specialized in developing medical products, among other things, and offers support from the needs analysis and idea generation to concept development and the market readiness of products. Thanks to the partnership between Suisse Technology Partners and QUO, customers in the medical technology sector are offered a comprehensive range of services throughout the entire product development process of medical products. Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on Medical Products often poses challenges for customers, which this partnership is able to meet entirely, allowing customers to concentrate on their core business.
